Whenever you feel stress, your mind goes on talking. This is called self-talk. You need to observe that ’self-talk or inner voice’ in your head.

Initially, you will find it difficult to hear and bear the ‘inner voice’. But you have to listen to the self-talk as if you were listening to some one else. This is a great practice to empty your negative thoughts which create panic attacks.

If you are a careful listener, you will find most of your ‘inner voice’ is illogical and illusion. The moment you discover it, you will have great relief. So being vigilant and observing your own self plays the vital role in curing panic attacks.

2. Be Optimistic

Be optimistic if you feel it difficult to stand neutral and endure the pain. Every time you get a negative thought, don’t react to it immediately. Look at the situation from all the positive angles. Think and imagine positively.

5. Change Life-Style

Your lifestyle also affects your stress, anxiety and panic attacks. So you need to bring some changes into your life. You should stop taking tea, coffee, alcohol and sugary carbs etc. Always remember that ’self help is the best help.’
